We had a great experience with Remodel West. They approached the job with professional polish. Throughout the project, Bill presented us with regular updates of the project schedule (continually updated with Microsoft Project), and the one thing that astounded us (and our neighbors) is that they finished the project ahead of schedule! Completely remodeled our kitchen, plus a master bath, both down to the studs, and we are really happy with how it all turned out. I work from home, and despite many warnings from friends and neighbors, the remodel was not particularly disruptive. Their demo crew is super clean (thanks Jose), completely clearing up all the debris and vacuuming every evening. They even did a few things not in the contract, such as filling an excavated hole and covering it with spare concrete, and even adding a gravel pattern on top to match our existing patio – no charge. We had fun designing a very contemporary master bathroom, a new record in small bathrooms, which looks fantastic. The kitchen also looks terrific–modern, uncluttered with beautiful natural woods and granite. Pat is an excellent carpenter and Sarah has a really good eye for design. When Bill noticed anything wrong, even if I didn’t, and probably wouldn’t have known the difference, he made it right even when it meant ordering replacement cabinetry at no cost to us. Bottom line, you can tell that they take pride in their work, and are straightforward in telling you whatever you want to know. I would definitely use them again.
